It starts with a free consultation where we discuss your needs and goals. If we’re a good fit, I’ll provide a detailed proposal and estimated cost. Upon approval, we move to development, with regular updates and feedback sessions, culminating in deployment and ongoing support if required.
To help me understand your needs better, please include details about the problem you’re trying to solve, the Google Workspace applications involved, any specific features you envision, and your desired outcome. The more context, the better! In some cases, I might also need links to pre-existing Google Sheets, Docs, etc. Before providing the links, please ensure you’ve shared those documents with me or set them to “Anyone with the link can edit.”
Software development can only start after all requirements have been specified in detail. I can assist with this system design planning during the discovery phase. If these communications consume a significant amount of my work and time, the time invested in this phase will be charged for within the fixed price offer. This ensures we have a clear roadmap before development begins.
Pricing & Timelines
I prefer to work for a fixed price for each project. The price offer is made after we discuss all the project requirements in detail. This means we will both know the exact cost and delivery deadline in advance. There will be no surprise surcharges, giving you peace of mind that once you accept my offer, you will get exactly what is in the list of requirements. Please note that any changes to the agreed-upon list of requirements during the script development process or after delivery may require extra work and incur additional payment. Project timelines vary significantly based on complexity and scope. After our initial consultation and understanding your requirements, I can provide a more accurate estimate. Small automation scripts might take a few days, while larger, more complex integrations could take several weeks.
Support & Maintenance
Yes, there is a 3-month ‘bug fixing for free’ guarantee after project delivery. If you need extra services such as staff training, ongoing customer service, additional consultations, or other specific support beyond bug fixes, these can be provided as an extra service for a new price. Every case is unique, and such services, conditions, and pricing need to be discussed to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. This was also mentioned on the Our Process page.
Technical & Data Considerations
Absolutely. I adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols. Any data you share for project development is handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing your project.
