Based on our discovery, I’ll present a fixed-price offer and a clear delivery deadline. Once you accept the proposal, we’ll discuss payment options. Work commences promptly upon receipt of payment.
Active Development & Communication:
During development, we’ll maintain open communication. This ensures we can address any unforeseen questions or discuss alternative options that may arise.
Thorough Testing & Quality Assurance:
After completing the Google Apps Script automation, I conduct rigorous internal testing to identify and resolve any potential bugs, ensuring a robust solution.
Comprehensive User Manual:
A detailed user manual is then crafted, providing clear instructions on how to use and manage your new system.
Client Review & Assisted Testing:
The completed project, including the user manual, is delivered to you for your review and testing. I’ll provide clear guidance on how to test the system and offer full support throughout this phase. Any new bugs discovered will be promptly fixed, and testing will resume.
Project Handover & Setup:
Once you’re fully satisfied and the system is performing as expected, we’ll seamlessly transfer ownership (e.g., by creating a new copy of your Google Sheets) and configure the scripts to function perfectly within your Google account environment.
This marks the successful completion of your project.
Ongoing Support (Optional):
Should you require ongoing maintenance or support, we can discuss and agree upon a separate service agreement for continued assistance.
Our Commitment: A 3-Month Bug-Fix Warranty
We stand by the quality of our work. We offer a 3-month warranty from project delivery, during which we will promptly address and fix any functional bugs discovered in the delivered system at no additional cost.
For any issues arising after this period, or for further enhancements and support, our services remain available at standard rates.

Scope Finalization:
The finalized requirements at the close of our discovery phase form the agreed-upon project scope. Any significant changes or additions requested during or after development will be discussed as a new scope of work, subject to an additional agreement and charge. We’re always happy to enhance your solution, but these will be treated as separate tasks.

Payment & Project Structure
To ensure a secure and focused development process, we require advance payment for projects. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to delivering your solution without interruptions.
For larger, more complex needs, we find it beneficial to break these down into smaller, self-contained sub-projects. Each sub-project is delivered, thoroughly tested, and paid for independently. This approach offers you flexibility, allowing you to evaluate each phase and decide whether to proceed with subsequent stages.
Should you prefer to work through a freelancing platform that offers escrow services, we are happy to accommodate this; however, please note that this option will incur additional charges to cover platform commissions and associated fees.
